Combining current trends in podiatric medicine with advanced cushioning technology, EB Heels fills a current gap in the market for innersoles.

Emily Braidwood, a sports podiatrist & developer of EB Heels, saw a need for a new type of innersole.

She saw a need for an innersole that;

-was transferable from shoe to shoe,

-slim line in design

-and based on science.

After a decade of research she created the EB Heel. 

Using the innersole can provide relief from the pain of plantar fasciitis, Morton’s neuroma, heel spurs, stress fractures, bunions, osteoarthritis and tendonopathies. 

Key features of the EH Heel;

-air infused cushioning pods, 

-a heel donut,

-lateral ankle protection,

-medial arch support,

-slim, flexible and discreet.
