This is a bespoke treatment plan designed to get you back in to the activity you love doing. It is created by your podiatrist, using the information found during your bio-mechanical assessment appointment. Click here to find our more.
The treatment plan is tailored to address the issues found when your podiatrist examined the muscles, joints, tendons and ligaments of your legs and feet. An explanation of key injury findings will be given and what she believes could be causing it.
Treatment options available will be explained to you. Your plan may include shockwave, dry needling, mobilisation, soft tissue releases, taping, home treatments. A podiatrist assistant will also be involved in the treatment sessions.
We recommend 3-6 sessions depending on the severity of your injury. Treatment is not painful, but my cause some discomfort- especially if injury acute. Each session is approximately 40 minutes duration.
